Preorder Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing your order.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Pre-ordering guarantees that your item will be reserved.

Estimated Shipping Date

Pre-order items will be shipped on or around the estimated shipping date provided in the product description. Some Items may not have an estimated delivery date on the description.

Changes & Cancellations

You can request changes or cancellations of your pre-order up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After this period, pre-orders are final and non-refundable. However, the item can be returned once delivered in line with the return policy.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are available. This is due to the cost of shipping. This also applies to multiple preorder items. All preorder items will be delivered together. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

Delays

If there are any delays in the production or shipping of pre-order items, we will notify you by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.

Unfulfillment

If for whatever reason, we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be cancelled, and you will be fully refunded.

Shipping:

Our shipping policy applies. Once stock is received, the item will be delivered in 5 to 10 working days.

Pre-ordered items can be returned according to our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.
